Steve called soon after we chose him from the site. He offered to come by and take a look. When he arrived he told us about himself, his company and what they could do, factually without a lot of fall-de-rall. He did a test spot to determine the best course of action, gave us an estimate. We agreed to the terms and he came by at an appointed time, on time and ready to get the job done. The workmanship was excellent, his services were very professional, and the result was more than we expected. I would recommend his services in a moment's notice.

We cleaned the carpets of our new house that was a foreclosure. Thought to give it to Frank to clean to see if it needed to be replaced. Frank brought back the carpet from the dead. Cleaned really well. Great prices compared to the other guys and came at night when I was done with work. Can't find that kind of service anymore. Usually its 2pm Mon-Fri.
